YOUR MOUNTAIN BASE
Are you looking for low-cost accommodation for your mountain sports experience in summer or your ski days in winter? Would you like to spend a few inexpensive days with your family in the hiking, mountainbiking or ski area Arosa Lenzerheide? Or do you need a little more space for your school camp (also with self-cooking area) or your company outing? Then you have come to the right place. Our hostel offers you simple and inexpensive accommodation without luxury and frills but with a lot of team spirit and commitment to our guests. Parking spaces can be rented if needed and we also have a sauna in the house. The location in the middle of the beautiful mountain forest offers you a breathtaking view of the village and the surrounding mountains. In about 10 to 15 minutes on foot, you reach the centre. Alternatively, you can start your day on ski/snowboard or your bike directly in front of the house. Did you know: the former sanatorium «Florentinum» was run from 1929 to 1996 as a high-altitude clinic.
In addition to a bike storage room, we also have a bike washing station and tools for bike repairs.
Stay in one of our 2- to 8-bed rooms with bunk beds or in a single or double room. Equipped with Lavabo and shared shower/toilet, or occasionally with private shower/toilet, some of the rooms have a balcony with beautiful views of the village and the surrounding mountains.
For groups, we offer a self-catering option. The well-equipped self-catering kitchen with lounge can accommodate 78 guests. Contact us for an individual group offer.
Our space is limited; hence, you should reserve your parking space directly in front of the house in advance for the coming winter. To keep those guests happy who will be looking forward to a free space once you leave, the following applies:

Departure day: until check-out
With your skis or snowboard you start directly at the lodge. After your ski day you can reach the accommodation from the home slope no. 15 in just a few steps.
Our dining room can accommodate 135 guests. In the morning, we welcome you with a rich breakfast buffet, and in the evening, we spoil you with fine dining (in summer, on request).
For our little guests, we have set up our own games room.
Deposit your ski, snowboard, bike and luggage in one of our spacious storage rooms.
Our bar, as well as TV and lounges, invite you to relax and linger. A Selecta vending machine with various snacks and drinks, as well as a coffee vending machine, offer everything for the little hunger in between.
The chapel can be reserved for seminars, lectures or music courses. Seating for a maximum of 60 guests. If the room is not occupied, it can be used by all guests as a playroom and lounge.
Get in touch with the reception, and we will gladly heat our relaxing sauna for a small surcharge.
We might be living in the mountains but not behind the moon. With us, you have free reception in public areas.
