General Terms and Conditions

1. Guest contract and payment
The copy of the guest contract must be supplemented, signed within 10 days and returned to the Arosa Mountain Lodge. Otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled. For online reservations, we do not need a signed copy. With minor guests, unaccompanied by adults, we require the signature and confirmation of the person entitled to parental consent. The confirmed accommodation price incl. additional services must be paid by the guest in cash, with Reka-Checks, with EC-Direkt (Maestro), Postcard, Rekacard or by credit card (MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Diners, V PAY).

2. Prepayment
Arosa Mountain Lodge is entitled to request a prepayment to secure the reservation. If prepayment is required, this must be made by the specified date. For bookings made online, we charge the credit card provided if necessary and in case of cancellations.

3a. Cancellations
The guest is obliged to communicate all changes to the contract directly and as early as possible in writing. These include: cancellations of reservations and reductions to the number of participants or length of stay. This remains unaffected until the 15th day prior to arrival without any cost. From the 14th day before arrival, cancellation costs of 100% of the total package price will be charged. From 6 p.m. on the day of arrival or no-show, 100% of the booking amount will be charged. We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.

3b. Pandemic protection
Should a new pandemic and official order be issued for the closure of the Arosa Lenzerheide snow sports region, guests may cancel or rebook their bookings free of charge. In the event of travel warnings to Switzerland, we also guarantee our foreign guests free cancellations or rebooking of their reservations.

4. Arrival
Arrivals are possible during the opening hours of the reception. Guests who have not made a prepayment are kindly asked to arrive by 6.30 pm or notify us of the later arrival by phone.

5. Parking
In winter, our parking spaces are chargeable and are only available in limited numbers. We recommend an early reservation. The car park is available from 4 pm on the arrival day and until 10.00 am on the departure day. In summer, our parking spaces are available free of charge in a limited number (reservation is not possible in summer).

6. Prices
Subject to price changes.

7. Privacy
Your privacy is an absolute priority. We strive to guarantee you the highest level of data protection and security. Your e-mail address and personal data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties. Your credit card details will not be saved. They are transmitted and validated to the credit card companies via an encrypted connection at the end of the booking process.

8. Place of jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction is at the registered office of Arosa Bergbahnen AG.
